Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Digital Marketing Trainer

to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, along with prior experience in delivering structured training sessions to students, freshers, and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on digital marketing concepts and tools. Design, develop, and update training materials, course content, and practical exercises based on industry standards. Teach students various modules such as:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Email Marketing
- Content Marketing & Blogging
- Affiliate Marketing
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Marketing Automation Tools
- Influencer & Video Marketing

Provide hands-on training on popular digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, HubSpot, etc. Monitor student progress and provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship. Keep updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and incorporate them into training. Prepare assignments, case studies, and live project work to enhance practical exposure. Collaborate with the academic team to align training outcomes with placement requirements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency or corporate side). Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate faculty in digital marketing is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Analytics, and emerging digital tools. Ability to explain concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner. Strong communication and presentation skills. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
