We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver practical, industry-relevant training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, conducting training sessions, and mentoring learners to build job-ready digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom, online, or hybrid training in digital marketing concepts
Train students on SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing
Conduct hands-on sessions using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads
Develop and update training curriculum based on industry trends
Create assignments, case studies, and real-time projects
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and mentoring
Guide students in building portfolios, certifications, and interview preparation
Support placement activities and career guidance
Maintain training documentation and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing (agency or corporate environment)
Strong practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Analytics
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
Experience with LMS platforms and online teaching tools (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta certifications
Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience
Experience handling live projects and real client campaigns
Knowledge of marketing automation and AI-based marketing tools

Pay: ₹29,281.74 - ₹56,101.98 per month
