We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable
Digital Marketing Trainer
to join our team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training to equip students with the latest digital marketing strategies and tools. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, guiding learners through practical exercises, and helping them prepare for successful careers in digital marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities
Training Delivery:
Conduct in-depth training sessions on digital marketing topics, including:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and Paid Advertising
Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Content Marketing and Copywriting
Email Marketing and CRM Tools
Web Analytics (Google Analytics, etc.)
Affiliate Marketing and E-commerce Strategies
Guide students through hands-on projects to build their portfolios.
Provide training on industry-standard tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
Curriculum Development:
Design, develop, and update course materials, presentations, and exercises to align with current digital marketing trends.
Create real-world scenarios and case studies to enhance practical learning.
Integrate certification preparation into the training, such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Content Marketing, etc.
Mentoring and Support:
Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students.
Review assignments and projects, providing constructive feedback.
Motivate and guide students to pursue certifications and excel in their careers.
Industry Collaboration:
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in digital marketing.
Share real-world insights and examples to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
Collaborate with the placement team to align training with market demands.
Operational and Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
Participate in promotional activities to attract students to the program.
Support the organization's goals by contributing to training improvements and innovations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media campaigns, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of trends like influencer marketing, automation, and omnichannel marketing.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot Marketing, or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Strong mentoring, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
