Job Overview


We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable

Digital Marketing Trainer

who can deliver high-quality, practical, and industry-relevant training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in multiple digital marketing domains and a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities



1. Training & Delivery



Conduct live online/offline classes on Digital Marketing topics including: SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO) Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Content Marketing Email Marketing (Mailchimp, automation tools, deliverability basics) Analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) WordPress basics for website setup AI tools for digital marketing Deliver practical, project-based learning sessions. Provide real-time demonstrations, case studies, and hands-on assignments.

2. Curriculum & Content Development



Create and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments. Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry trends and best practices. Develop real-world projects for students to enhance practical understanding.

3. Student Support & Guidance



Mentor students individually and help them with queries and practical tasks. Provide feedback on assignments, campaigns, and projects. Prepare students for interviews and guide them on career paths in digital marketing.

4. Performance Tracking



Monitor student progress and maintain attendance, assessment reports, and performance logs. Coordinate with the admin team for batch management and scheduling.

Experience



Technical Skills



Strong practical knowledge of: SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) Google Ads Manager Facebook Ads Manager Google Analytics GA4 Canva (optional but preferred) Email marketing platforms WordPress & basic website optimization AI tools for digital marketing (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.)

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.

Soft Skills



Excellent communication and presentation skills. Patience, clarity, and ability to simplify complex topics. Passion for teaching and helping students grow. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week

Work Location: In person
