Job Description

1. Training & Instruction



Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on

Digital Marketing fundamentals

. Train students in

SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics

. Explain digital marketing strategies, funnels, lead generation, and campaign planning. Deliver hands-on assignments, live projects, and case studies.

2. Tools & Platform Training



Provide practical training on industry tools such as: Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4) Google Search Console Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager Keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.) Teach basic website concepts (WordPress, landing pages, conversion tracking).

3. Curriculum & Course Development



Follow the institute's syllabus and enhance it with current market trends. Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and project briefs. Update course content as per Google algorithm updates and platform changes.

4. Student Mentorship & Evaluation



Mentor students on strategy, creativity, and execution. Evaluate students through assignments, live campaigns, and presentations. Provide constructive feedback and career guidance. Support students in building

portfolios, resumes, and certifications

.

5. Live Projects & Practical Exposure



Guide students in running

real-time campaigns

(ads, social media, SEO projects). Monitor and analyze campaign performance and teach optimization techniques. Encourage ethical and data-driven marketing practices.

6. Classroom & Lab Management



Ensure smooth functioning of labs, tools, and online platforms. Coordinate with admin/IT teams for software access and system readiness.

7. Industry Engagement & Skill Upgradation



Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes. Conduct workshops, webinars, and guest sessions. Share industry insights, freelancing, and agency workflow knowledge.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of

SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics

Hands-on experience with paid and organic campaigns Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability Student-focused and result-oriented approach
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
