Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate

Digital Marketing Trainer

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on various aspects of digital marketing to students, professionals, or corporate teams. You will help learners gain practical skills and theoretical knowledge to succeed in the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training modules on digital marketing topics including: SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / Google Ads Social Media Marketing (SMM) Email Marketing Content Marketing Web Analytics (Google Analytics, GA4) Affiliate Marketing Mobile Marketing Online Reputation Management Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments. Conduct live or recorded sessions, workshops, and hands-on projects. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees during and after course completion. Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to improve training effectiveness. Help trainees with certification exam preparation (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing and/or training. Deep understanding of major digital marketing channels and tools. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner. Certification in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) is a plus. Experience with LMS platforms and online training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Moodle, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior teaching or training experience. Portfolio of past training programs or digital marketing projects. Strong interpersonal skills and a learner-centric mindset.

Pay: ?10,679.15 - ?40,902.32 per month
