Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training modules (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.)
Conduct both classroom and online sessions in an engaging and interactive manner.
Create course materials, assessments, and hands-on projects tailored to learners' needs.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Evaluate and track student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
Support curriculum updates and recommend improvements based on market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience in training or mentoring is a strong advantage.
Proficient in tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta) preferred.
