About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Trainer who can train individuals and teams on practical, performance-based digital marketing -- focusing on Meta Ads, Social Media , and related digital growth channels.

NOTE:

This position is full-time and hybrid, meaning you can work from home as well as office

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on

Meta Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Social Media Marketing

, and other digital marketing channels. Teach practical campaign setup -- from audience targeting to budgeting, ad copy, creatives, and performance tracking. Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, SOPs, and checklists for Meta and other ad platforms. Provide 1:1 or small group guidance to learners on running and optimizing campaigns. Conduct Q and A Sessions on the topic Evaluate and analyze learner campaigns and provide actionable feedback. Collaborate with the internal marketing team to stay aligned with the latest platform updates and trends. Maintain an organized record of training progress, learner performance, and feedback.

Required Skills

1-2 years of

hands-on experience

in digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Social Media Management). Strong understanding of ad campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creatives, and performance optimization. Excellent communication and presentation skills -- able to explain technical concepts in simple language. Passionate about marketing, growth, and helping others learn practical skills. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training batches or modules simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
