Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging digital marketing training sessions (both online and offline).
Train students from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Create course content, presentations, and assignments tailored to different learning levels.
Provide practical demonstrations and real-time project exposure using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.
Conduct assessments, quizzes, and provide feedback to students on their progress.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
Assist in curriculum development and regularly update training modules.
Provide career guidance, mentoring, and support in job placement activities.
Foster an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta) is a plus.
Proven work experience (2+ years) in digital marketing.
Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor is highly desirable.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain concepts to beginners and handle advanced-level queries.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Patience and passion for teaching and mentoring.
