and focuses on equipping graduate-level learners with industry-relevant, hands-on marketing skills.
As a trainer, you will guide students through structured content, deliver sessions both in-person and online, and mentor learners as they build practical projects and portfolios. You will also play a key role in local classroom management and academic delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on core digital marketing topics (SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, Social Media, Content, CRO, etc.)
Facilitate hands-on learning using tools like GA4, Google Ads, Jasper AI, BigQuery, etc.
Adapt delivery style to suit students from non-marketing backgrounds (engineering, science, etc.)
Monitor student progress and provide personalized support and feedback
Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure timely delivery of content and assignments
Guide students through capstone/live project work in the final phase of the program
Ensure a positive and motivating classroom environment
Support student engagement through Q&A, mentoring, and discussion forums
Participate in periodic faculty training and alignment sessions with LSDI
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience
in digital marketing, marketing operations, corporate training, or a combination of both
Proven knowledge of digital marketing channels (search, social, content, analytics, email, automation)
Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, AI, or similar
Strong
communication skills
with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way
Excellent
delivery and presentation skills
--comfortable teaching in both classroom and online settings
Ability to
engage diverse learners
, especially those from non-marketing or technical backgrounds
Strong organizational skills and time management
Familiarity with learning platforms (LMS), Zoom/Google Meet, and digital whiteboarding tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering training programs to college students or early-career professionals
Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools or interest in learning them
Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant disciplines (not mandatory if experience is strong)
