Key Responsibilities

Deliver

classroom-based digital marketing training sessions

to individuals and groups. Develop, update, and maintain

training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises

. Teach core digital marketing topics, including:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Google Ads

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing

Content Marketing & Blogging

Email Marketing & Automation Tools

Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)

WordPress & Website Optimization

Local SEO and Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Conduct

live demonstrations

using leading tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Canva, and Mailchimp.

Monitor trainee progress

, assign real-world projects, and provide personalized feedback. Stay updated on

digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools

. Coordinate with the academic/training team for

smooth scheduling and session flow

.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in digital marketing (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of

SEO, SEM, social media, analytics, and content marketing

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

. Ability to

simplify complex marketing concepts

for beginners. Hands-on experience with tools like

Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, SEMrush, and Mailchimp

. Comfortable with

in-person classroom training

.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a

trainer, mentor, or instructor

in digital marketing. Knowledge of

WordPress, Canva, and video marketing

.

Certifications

from Google, Meta, or HubSpot are a plus.
