We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques, and the ability to effectively convey this knowledge to students. As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions that equip participants with practical skills and insights to excel in the dynamic field of digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop comprehensive digital marketing training curriculum, including lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments. 2. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, 3. Instruct participants on a range of digital marketing topics, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and more. 4. Provide real-world examples and case studies to illustrate concepts and strategies effectively. 5. Tailor training content to the skill levels and needs of participants, whether beginners or experienced professionals. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing landscape to ensure training content remains current and relevant. 7. Foster a collaborative and positive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and skill development. 8. Provide individualized guidance and support to participants, addressing questions and challenges they may encounter during the training. 9. Monitor participant progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes. 10. Collaborate with other trainers and departments to continuously improve the training program based on participant feedback and industry changes. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2. Proven professional experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. 3. Prior experience in teaching, training, or public speaking, preferably in a professional development or educational setting. 4. Strong expertise in a wide range of digital marketing areas, including SEO, PPC, social media, content creation, email marketing, analytics, and more. 5. In-depth knowledge of popular digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc. 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. 7. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. 8. Patient, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and mentoring learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels. 9. Strong organizational skills to effectively plan, develop, and deliver training content. 10. Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent are a plus.
