Key Responsibilities:Training & Delivery:
Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on digital marketing topics such as:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
SEM (Google Ads)
Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Email Marketing
Content Marketing
Google Analytics
Affiliate Marketing
Mobile Marketing
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and focused on practical skills.
Curriculum & Content Development:
Assist in designing and updating course content, lesson plans, and assessments.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and certifications.
Customize content to align with industry needs and student levels.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Assess student performance through projects, tests, and assignments.
Provide regular feedback and mentorship to help students improve.
Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
Industry Exposure:
Share real-world digital marketing case studies, tools, and campaign strategies.
Guide students in building digital portfolios and executing live campaigns or internships.
Team Support:
Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure student success.
Participate in faculty meetings, training workshops, and events as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of industry experience in digital marketing.
Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or training (preferred, not mandatory).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex topics for beginner to advanced learners.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, content creation tools, and online teaching platforms.
