Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and deliver training sessions on all major aspects of digital marketing, including: SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Google Ads Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Content Marketing Email Marketing Google Analytics Affiliate Marketing Mobile Marketing Influencer Marketing Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, hands-on activities, case studies, and assessments. Provide practical, project-based learning to ensure trainees gain hands-on experience with digital tools and campaigns. Monitor learner progress and provide feedback and support to improve performance. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices, incorporating them into training content. Assist in developing online courses or webinars for virtual learning delivery. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and learner outcomes. Provide mentorship and career guidance to students or trainees entering the digital marketing field.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 1-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or educational content. Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta (Facebook) Blueprint, or similar. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online course creation tools. Experience training students, freshers, or working professionals.
