Conducting workshops on various digital marketing domains, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Assisting trainees in developing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Utilizing analytics tools to measure trainees\' performance and optimize training methods.
Participating in industry events and webinars to enhance subject matter expertise.
Supporting the marketing team in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Providing one-on-one career counselling and guidance to trainees.
Contributing to the development of new training programs and courses.
Collaborating with external partners and industry experts to enhance training offerings.
Required qualifications
Any Bachelors degree
Proven work experience in digital marketing and training/coaching roles.
Professional certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Academy.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and SEO tools.
Knowledge of Graphics and Video editing tools like Canva,Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
Experience in mentoring and guiding individuals in their career development.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in counseling or career guidance is a plus.
