Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Digital Marketing Trainer

to join our institute Digiversity. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies, along with strong communication and presentation skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions, mentoring students/professionals, and ensuring they gain practical, job-ready skills in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

classroom and online training sessions

on various digital marketing modules. Design and update

training content, assignments, and case studies

. Teach key topics, including: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Pay-Per-Click Advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads) Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) Content Marketing Email Marketing Affiliate Marketing Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools Influencer & Funnel Marketing AI Tools in Digital Marketing Provide

hands-on training

using live projects, campaigns, and tools. Evaluate trainees' progress and provide

guidance, feedback, and mentorship

. Stay updated with the

latest trends, tools, and updates

in digital marketing. Prepare students for

industry certifications

(Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.). Collaborate with management to

improve training methodologies

and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven work experience in

digital marketing (3-5 years preferred)

. Strong expertise in

SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Analytics

. Familiarity with tools such as

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

Excellent

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to simplify complex concepts into

easy-to-understand training modules

. Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint (preferred). Prior experience as a

trainer/coach/mentor

will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
