Create and update training materials, case studies, and real-world projects.
Conduct workshops, live demos, and interactive sessions to enhance learning.
Assess learners' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest
digital marketing trends, tools, and certifications
.
Guide students/professionals for industry certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
Collaborate with the academic/management team to ensure training effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven work experience in
Digital Marketing
(3-5 years preferred).
Prior experience as a
Trainer/Faculty/Coach
will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a
simplified, practical manner
