Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to support our online

marketing initiatives across social media, campaign execution, and performance tracking. This role

suits freshers as well as candidates with 6-12 months of digital marketing experience who are eager

to enhance their skills in a dynamic AI-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

? Assist in managing and growing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,

YouTube, etc.).

? Support the creation of engaging content--posts, captions, short videos, creatives, and basic

copywriting.

? Help execute digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and other online platforms.

? Monitor campaign and social media performance using analytics tools and prepare basic

reports.

? Conduct basic competitor and trend research to support marketing strategies.

? Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and brand presence.

? Learn and work with digital tools such as social media schedulers, Canva, Google Analytics,

email marketing tools, etc.

What We're Looking For

? Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year experience in digital marketing.

? Strong communication skills, creativity, and an interest in building engaging content.

? Basic understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and online marketing

concepts.
