Job Description

Role Overview:



The Digital Marketing Executive will drive online visibility, lead generation, and brand awareness across all digital channels. The role requires strong content skills, social media management, SEO knowledge, paid ad execution, and analytical reporting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Content Creation & Approval



Create content across banners, videos, reels, infographics, blogs, and case studies. Coordinate with design/video teams. Maintain WTT brand tone and guidelines. Prepare weekly/monthly content calendars. Manage content approvals and documentation.

2. Social Media Management



Manage official pages: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube. Plan and schedule posts regularly. Respond to comments and messages within 24 hours. Execute contests, polls, and engagement activities. Track and optimize social media performance.

3. SEO & Website Management



Perform keyword research and on-page optimization. Update blogs, banners, and landing pages. Ensure fast-loading, mobile-friendly website performance. Monitor Google Search Console and fix SEO issues. Coordinate with developers for enhancements.

4. Paid Advertising & Direct Marketing



Run Google Search/Display/Remarketing ads. Manage Meta (FB/IG) Ads & LinkedIn Ads. Execute Email & WhatsApp campaigns. Track budgets, CTR, CPC, and CPL. Conduct A/B testing for better performance.

5. Analytics & Reporting



Generate weekly/monthly performance dashboards. Track KPIs for website, SEO, social, and paid ads. Conduct funnel analysis and report insights.

6. Marketing Automation



Build automated email workflows. Ensure leads sync properly into CRM. Maintain segmented and updated contact lists. Set up WhatsApp/email triggers.

7. Competitor & Market Research



Track competitor ads, keywords, and social activity. Identify industry trends and new tools. Prepare quarterly SWOT analysis. Benchmark performance and recommend improvements.

Required Skills:



Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Analytics. Basic design/video coordination understanding. Strong communication & content writing ability. Familiar with GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
