About the Role

We're looking for a curious and motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience across digital channels like social media, SEO, content, email, and paid campaigns. You'll learn by doing, with guidance from experienced marketers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Support SEO activities (keyword research, on-page optimization, basic reporting) Help draft content for blogs, emails, ads, and landing pages Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights Conduct basic market and competitor research Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM updates Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, ads) Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar is a plus Good written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Internship or certification in digital marketing Basic knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads Experience managing personal or college social media pages Interest in data, creativity, or growth marketing
