Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative

Digital Marketing Trainee

to support our marketing and outreach efforts. This is a hands-on learning opportunity ideal for students, recent graduates, or career changers looking to build their portfolio while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Support the design of promotional materials using tools like Canva Help in planning and executing online campaigns to promote our training programs Update and maintain website content and blog posts Track digital campaign performance and suggest improvements Support email marketing and community outreach efforts

Who Can Apply

Students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related fields Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social platforms Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus) Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, or analytics tools is preferred Passion for social impact and willingness to learn
