Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee who is eager to learn and contribute to our marketing team. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing. You will work closely with our Marketing Team to develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).

Content Creation:

Help with writing and editing content for blogs, website pages, email newsletters, and social media posts.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

Conduct basic keyword research, assist with on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions), and help build performance reports.

Email Marketing:

Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp etc.

Performance Marketing (PPC):

Assist the team in setting up and monitoring Google Ads and Social Media Ad campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

Help track and analyze website traffic (using Google Analytics) and social media engagement to measure campaign success.

Market Research:

Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate competitor strategies, and find new opportunities for growth.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the digital marketing, sales, and graphic design teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field. A strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, etc.). Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

Good to Have (But Not Required):

Prior internship experience in marketing or a related field. Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or any email marketing platform. Experience with a personal blog, YouTube channel, or managing a social media page.
