Job Overview:



We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven

Digital Marketing Professional

with 5-6 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and campaign management, with proven expertise in driving growth, generating leads, and improving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and execute campaigns across

SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), Email Marketing, and Display Advertising

. Oversee

website content management, landing page optimization, and lead-generation funnels

. Conduct detailed

SEO audits

, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve organic rankings. Manage

paid campaigns (PPC, social media ads, retargeting)

and optimize for maximum ROI. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare analytical reports using

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Coordinate with creative, content, and development teams to deliver consistent brand messaging. Stay updated with

latest trends, algorithms, and tools in digital marketing

. Lead A/B testing initiatives for ads, emails, and website pages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred). 5-6 years of hands-on experience in

SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Digital Campaign Management

. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

, and other ad platforms. Proficiency in

Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio

. Experience with

CRM, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

. Solid understanding of

content marketing, keyword strategy, and digital funnels

. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):



Knowledge of

marketing automation tools

(HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho MarketingHub). Experience with

WordPress/Shopify website management

. Understanding of

basic HTML/CSS

for digital optimization. Experience in

B2B and B2C marketing strategies

.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Increase in organic website traffic & keyword rankings. ROI from paid ad campaigns. Lead generation and conversion rates. Engagement & follower growth across social media platforms. Email campaign open & click-through rates.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
