Needs, Skills & Responsibilities



> Design attractive digital posters, flyers, and WhatsApp creatives using tools like Canva or Photoshop.




> Regularly update marketing content for products, offers, and dealer promotions.




> Call potential dealers, farmers, and business clients to introduce our products and gather interest.




> Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly for conversion.




> Coordinate with field teams to support campaigns and track responses.




> Assist with WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, and simple video edits.




Key Requirements





Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).




Confident in making sales calls and follow-ups over phone.




Strong communication in Tamil and Kannada is a must.




Familiar with social media and WhatsApp Business tools.




Organized, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
