Role Overview

Scrum Master

Marketing Team Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Master Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals Coach and guide the team on Agile and Scrum principles Promote continuous improvement and accountability within the team Ensure Agile best practices are followed across marketing initiatives

Marketing Team Lead (Marketplace Focus) Responsibilities

Lead and manage marketing efforts across online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) Develop and execute strategies to drive marketplace growth, product listings, and advertising Optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and customer experience Manage marketplace-specific SEO, paid ads, promotions, and content optimization Use data and analytics (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, reports) to drive decisions Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations, and logistics teams Mentor and guide the marketing team toward performance-driven outcomes

Key Skills & Qualifications

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) Strong experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace marketing In-depth knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations and ads Experience with Agile Marketing frameworks Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketplace insights Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
