Onboard & acquire new affiliates while expanding the sales pipeline. Scale revenue from existing affiliates through relationship building & upselling. Own digital sales KPIs - revenue, margins, conversions. Negotiate payouts, close deals, and deliver on advertiser & affiliate sales goals. Lead & mentor a high-performing affiliate/digital sales team.

Requirements



Strong background in Affiliate Marketing / Digital Sales / Ad Sales. Experience with CPA, CPL, CPS models & campaign optimization. Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers/Tune, Redtrack. Sales-driven mindset with a proven revenue growth track record. Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills. Ability to lead, coach & drive a sales-oriented culture.
