Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) ensuring ROI and KPI targets are met.
Perform keyword research, site audits, backlink strategy, and technical SEO improvements.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Manage content calendars, oversee creative development, and track performance metrics.
Utilize analytics tools to measure performance and suggest improvements.
Team Management
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of digital marketers (SEO executives, SMM specialists, content creators).
Allocate tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Conduct performance reviews and provide training for skill development.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience (4-7 years) in SEO, SMM, and Digital Campaign Management.
Hands-on expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and KPIs.
Team leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Ads.
Experience in agency environment is a plus.
Knowledge of latest digital trends and algorithm updates.
