1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
2. Build, lead and manage marketing campaigns (FaceBook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube). Managing, guiding and training of the digital marketing team and motivate them to achieve their goals.
3. Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency for clients.
4. Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare and manage our global digital marketing budget 5. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
6. Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase clients market segment. Liaise with product owners and product marketing managers, creative and sales to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
7. Align and cooperate with regional/local marketing team members to deliver locally relevant campaigns.
8. Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
9. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
10. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
12. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. "Facebook , Twitter , YouTube, Snap chat , Google Ads , SEO , PPC , Leads".
Job Requirements :
1. BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field.
2. Experience with 3 years to 5 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
4. Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
5. Excellent analytical and project management skills
6. Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
7. Good knowledge with digital ads platform.
8. Good knowledge of attractive advertisements.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
11. Good time-management skills
12. Great interpersonal and communication skills
13. Working in a Digital Marketing Agency is a plus.
