Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the in-house digital marketing team and external vendors (if applicable).

Develop and implement full-funnel digital strategies tailored for service-based/B2B offerings.

Design and execute organic and paid
social media campaigns
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Manage client social media accounts to drive engagement and community growth.

Oversee
content planning
, calendars, and performance reporting for all social channels.

Work closely with content writers and graphic designers to ensure high-quality, branded creatives.

Optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) for reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Implement and monitor
SEO strategies
and integrate with content marketing efforts.

Plan and coordinate content marketing (blogs, reels, infographics, case studies, whitepapers).

Develop and optimize
marketing automation workflows
for lead nurturing and conversion.

Use analytics tools like
Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and HubSpot
to track performance.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure MQLs meet business objectives.

Stay updated with the latest
SMM and digital marketing trends

Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance reports for clients/stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3 to 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing

Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM tools.

Proficiency in tools like
Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Manager
