Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Identify emerging trends and optimize marketing spend for maximum performance.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
Foster a collaborative, creative, and performance-driven work culture.
Campaign Management
Oversee all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Collaborate with content and design teams to produce impactful marketing materials.
Performance Analysis
Track and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI goals.
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to provide actionable insights.
Budget Management
Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI and cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
Present campaign strategies and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Upwork & Platform Management
Manage and optimize company profiles, projects, and marketing activities on
Upwork
and other platforms.
Identify and pursue opportunities to generate leads, brand presence, and collaborations through Upwork.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of Upwork projects and campaigns.
Innovation
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools.
Identify new channels and creative approaches to reach target audiences effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
as a Digital Marketing Lead or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
Experience managing projects and campaigns on
Upwork
or similar platforms.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
