Flymedia Technology is seeking an experienced and result-oriented

Digital Marketing Team Lead

to oversee and guide our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and a proven track record in campaign planning and execution.

key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.) Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, content creators, and SEO/SMO experts Assign tasks, monitor project timelines, and ensure team performance aligns with goals Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI Coordinate with clients to understand their goals and deliver impactful digital solutions Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and tools Develop and manage budgets for digital campaigns Generate monthly reports and present results to management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum

3 years of digital marketing experience

with at least

1 year in a leadership role

Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc. Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills
