As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital marketing strategies for the company, leading campaigns across multiple platforms, and driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy Development & Execution:



Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine strategies.

Campaign Management:



Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of online campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and paid search. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve set KPIs.

SEO & SEM Management:



Optimize website content, landing pages, and other assets to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and optimize for conversions and ROI.

Content Creation & Management:



Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices and audience interests. Oversee the management of the company's blog, website content, and social media profiles.

Social Media Marketing:



Lead the development and execution of social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to build community engagement and drive traffic. Track performance of organic and paid social media campaigns and report on insights.

Analytics & Reporting:



Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and others to track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular performance reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.

Budget Management:



Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.

Team Collaboration:



Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and product teams, to create cohesive marketing campaigns. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Stay Updated:



Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot). Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Knowledge of website development (HTML, CSS) and UX/UI principles is a plus.
