. This role will lead a small digital team, overseeing campaign planning, execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization to ensure we meet our growth and ROI goals.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end
paid advertising campaigns
on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with content and design teams to produce effective ad creatives and copy.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketers and performance specialists.
Set clear KPIs, provide regular feedback, and guide team performance toward campaign goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data daily/weekly/monthly.
Generate actionable insights and detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Recommend strategies to improve CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
Budget Management
Allocate and manage monthly advertising budgets effectively.
Track ad spend across platforms and ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing returns.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically managing paid campaigns on
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
.
Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
Proficient with ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and attribution tools.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and tag management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Google Ads certifications are a plus.
