DIGITAL MARKETING TEAM LEAD / MANAGER (Senior - B2B SaaS)
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Team Lead/ Manager with strong B2B SaaS experience to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts. This role will own full-funnel digital performance, leverage advanced AI-driven automation, and manage a high-performing team of 8-10 marketers. The ideal candidate is data-driven, technically sound, and experienced in building predictable demand and pipeline through modern digital channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
Core Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns including website, SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media, display, and remarketing
Maintain and grow the company's social media presence across all digital channels
Measure, track, and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement
Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns and SEO initiatives
Analyze websites and document technical and on-page SEO improvements
Monitor SEO performance and manage initiatives to ensure sustained high rankings
Provide ongoing support for all SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations
Strategically plan and execute PPC campaigns to improve advertising efficiency and ROI
Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize paid media effectiveness
Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize CTR and conversion rates
Optimize landing pages for search visibility, quality score, and conversion performance
Act as liaison with paid search engine partners and vendors
AI, Automation & Advanced Marketing
Drive adoption of AI-powered marketing automation across demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and performance optimization
Implement AI-driven lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline velocity
Leverage AI tools for:
Predictive performance forecasting and budget optimization
Paid media bidding, audience expansion, and creative testing
SEO insights, content optimization, and intent analysis
Own and optimize marketing automation platforms (MAP) and CRM integrations to enable scalable, data-driven campaigns
Use advanced analytics (GA4, dashboards, BI tools) for multi-touch attribution, funnel analysis, and decision intelligence
Champion experimentation using AI-led A/B and multivariate testing across ads, landing pages, and email journeys
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 digital marketers across paid media, SEO, content, marketing ops, and analytics
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Leadership to align marketing strategy with revenue goals
Present performance insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Work closely with US-based teams and global stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to B2B SaaS
Hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, paid media, and lifecycle marketing
Strong experience with Google Ads (legacy knowledge of Yahoo/MSN acceptable), and modern paid platforms
Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar)
Demonstrated experience applying AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency and outcomes
Strong ability to analyze data, websites, funnels, and performance metrics
Experience writing or overseeing high-quality marketing content
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Results-oriented mindset with a strong ownership attitude
Bachelor's degree preferred
Web programming knowledge is a plus but not required
Excellent written and spoken English
