Digital Marketing Team Lead

to manage and guide our growing team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team (Social Media, Paid Ads, Content). Strategize and coordinate daily tasks and long-term projects with the team. Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely delivery of client requirements. Collaborate with internal departments and clients to align marketing objectives. Provide training, support, and regular feedback to improve team skills and efficiency. Analyze marketing trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements. Ensure all deliverables meet high standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 6 months in a leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance analytics. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
