We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Digital Marketing Team Lead

to oversee and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise across multiple digital channels, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to independently manage campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

This role is best suited for a proactive professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms Develop and manage content strategies for social media, digital advertisements, and online creatives Drive brand awareness, social media engagement, and performance of paid campaigns Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking Plan, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns such as Google Ads and social media advertising Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and, when required, external clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, performance marketing, and content strategy Proven hands-on experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently Comfortable working in a hybrid work setup Male candidates preferred
