Digital Marketing Team

Lead

who brings the perfect blend of strategy, creativity, and execution. You will shape our digital presence and lead a team of specialists in performance marketing, content, SEO, and social media. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive data-backed strategies to fuel user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.

What You'll Do:

Lead & Execute digital campaigns across SEO, paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), email, and content. Own and optimize key growth metrics and acquisition funnels across multiple channels. Craft full-funnel marketing journeys from awareness to conversion with a focus on ROI. Work with creative and product teams to align campaigns with user insights and business goals. Mentor and lead a growing team of performance marketers, SEO specialists, and content creators. Manage budgets and performance reporting, identifying opportunities for scale and efficiency. Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools, and competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For:

3+ years in digital marketing, with 2+ years of team leadership in a startup or high-growth company. Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid ads, CRM automation, and performance marketing. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
