About the RoleAs our Marketing and Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice of the brandxe2x80x94building our community, elevating our digital presence, and driving customer engagement across all marketing channels. Youll work closely with our founders, design team, and product team to craft compelling campaigns that tell our story and connect with cooking enthusiasts around the world.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, social, email, and content channels

• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with a strong focus on engagement and growth

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging contentxe2x80x94including photo and video shoots, user-generated content, and influencer partnerships

• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions

• Manage paid social and digital ad campaigns (in collaboration with media partners or internal teams)

• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure success and optimize performance

• Build and nurture influencer and brand ambassador relationships

• Coordinate PR efforts and brand collaborations

• Stay on top of marketing trends, especially in the cookware, home, and lifestyle space

• 2+ years experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (preferably in DTC, eCommerce, or lifestyle brands)

• Deep understanding of social media trends, especially on Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram

• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and basic design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
