Truckrr is a technology start-up that disturbs the existing way of fleet owners operations. We are looking for a results-driven digital marketing strategist to lead and execute Truckrr's digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to design, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Truckrr's goals and target audience. o Identify growth opportunities across online channels.
2. Campaign Management: o Plan and execute digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. o Optimize campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
3. Content Creation & Management: o Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters. o Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
4. Analytics and Reporting: o Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights. o Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
5. Social Media & Community Building: o Manage Truckrr's social media presence, grow followers, and drive engagement. o Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries promptly.
6. Collaboration: o Work closely with the product, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives. o Coordinate with external vendors and partners when needed.
Qualifications and Skills: Must-Have:
Proven experience as a digital marketing strategist or similar role.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. o Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Good to Have: o Experience working with startups or SaaS businesses.
Knowledge of the logistics or transport industry.
Creative skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
