Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Lead Generation:
Use performance marketing tactics to attract, convert, and nurture leads through the digital funnel.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze campaign metrics like CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the design, content, and development teams to create engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel experiences.
Market & Audience Research:
Understand target audiences and competitors to craft strategic messaging and campaign structures.
SEO & Analytics:
Support SEO strategy and use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio for reporting and insights.
Reporting:
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Platform Updates:
Stay informed of changes to algorithms, ad policies, and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
