We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and coordinate all digital and creative marketing activities. This role focuses on building brand awareness, generating quality leads, and managing outsourced creative tasks to support our student recruitment efforts. The role demands strong expertise in digital marketing strategies such as SMM, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content creation, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- posting, engagement, and growth of brand presence.
Optimise website and content for
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
to increase organic reach.
Run and manage
SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
and PPC campaigns for quality lead generation.
Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to increase brand visibility and reach.
Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic digital channels
Coordinate non-digital lead efforts like influencer tie-ups, referral programs, educational events, B2B collaborations, etc.
Manage and coordinate outsourced creative tasks (posters, videos, reels, etc.) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, posting, and community engagement to support both brand building and lead generation.
Monitor and optimise campaigns across platforms for better performance and ROI.
Coordinate CRM usage and other digital tools for lead tracking, segmentation, and timely follow-ups.
Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports to guide decision-making.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitors' activities.
