Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategy in the manufacturing sector. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on driving leads, increasing brand awareness, and showcasing technical expertise online. The individual will be adept at managing multiple digital marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies:


Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

Manage online campaigns:


Oversee and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).

Content creation and management:


Develop engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital channels.

SEO/SEM management:


Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Social media management:


Manage and grow the company's social media presence, engaging with followers and building a community.

Email marketing:


Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

Website optimization:


Optimize the website for user experience and search engine visibility.

Data analysis and reporting:


Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.

Budget management:


Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Collaboration:


Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.

Stay current with industry trends:


Continuously research and implement new digital marketing trends and best practices.

Identify target markets and customer segments:


Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

Qualifications:

Engineering Bachelor's degree with additional Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Hands on experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Electrical/Sub Stations manufacturing industry will be added advantage. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms. Travelling is Mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
