Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist/Executive

Basic Function:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for internal promotions.

2. Create, edit, and enhance videos and presentations for internal marketing purposes.

3. Manage content creation and design for internal Team.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

Roles & Responsibility:

Create engaging digital content tailored for the internal Team's need.

Design impactful presentations to support internal communication and client requirements.

Create promotional materials for internal events.

Foster a sense of community through creative and interactive content.

Ensure content is visually appealing, clear, and impactful.

Introduce innovative ideas to improve internal communication and engagement.

Software Skills:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

CorelDRAW

Video Editor

Adobe Premiere (or any equivalent video editing software)

Additionally, the candidate should be open to taking up marketing-related responsibilities, as the role can be trained and developed internally.

Core Competencies

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

Strong video editing and presentation design skills.

Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience:

3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
