Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in managing Social Media Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns, along with creating complete online marketing strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and conversions

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for brand growth. Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. Create campaign funnels and plan budgets across platforms. Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements. Prepare regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and campaign insights. Collaborate with design/content teams to create effective ad creatives. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills:

Proven experience managing Google Ads and Social Media Ads. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and performance metrics. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related platforms. Ability to plan and execute ROI-focused campaigns. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred:

Experience in e-commerce, service-based brands, or agency environments. Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
