Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
Create, manage, and optimize
Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads
for all brands.
Run
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
ad campaigns targeting student lead generation and course awareness.
Monitor daily performance, reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead), and maximize conversions.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance CTR and ROI.
Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging creatives and video ads.
2. SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct comprehensive
keyword research
, competitor analysis, and content audits.
Optimize website and landing pages for
on-page SEO, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure
.
Work on
off-page SEO
-- backlinks, citations, and local SEO optimization.
Track keyword performance and implement strategies to improve
organic rankings and traffic
.
Maintain technical SEO hygiene (speed, schema, sitemaps, etc.).
3. Social Media Marketing
Plan and execute monthly
social media calendars
for all centers.
Create visually appealing posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand aesthetics.
Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and build an active online community.
Identify and leverage trending topics in beauty, animation, and design education.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze campaign data using
Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
.
Maintain detailed
weekly and monthly marketing reports
for management.
Evaluate lead quality and conversion rates from digital sources.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Coordination & Strategy
Work closely with
counselling and sales teams
to align leads with admission goals.
Collaborate with vendors, content writers, and video editors for campaign execution.
Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in
Google and social platforms
.
Requirements
Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing (education/training background preferred).
Core Skills Required:
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), and Analytics tools.
Strong knowledge of
keyword research, Google Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs.
Understanding of
lead funnels, landing page optimization, and remarketing.
Basic skills in
Canva / Photoshop / short video editing
preferred.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
