Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Giftlaya, you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies across social media, search engines, and paid campaigns. You'll manage performance ads, organic growth, and overall brand visibility to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across

Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube

. Optimize campaigns to achieve the best ROI and reduce CPL/CAC. Manage

social media strategy

, content calendar, and brand presence across all major platforms. Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Work closely with the design and SEO teams to ensure consistent messaging and optimized landing pages. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for paid and organic growth. Monitor trends in digital marketing and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Handle retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3-5 years of hands-on experience

in running Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and managing social media campaigns. Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and digital funnels. Experience in e-commerce or online service-based platforms preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
