Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
Handle day-to-day management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
Assist in developing and implementing SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and website traffic.
Coordinate with the content, design, and performance teams to ensure alignment across all marketing channels.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Research current digital trends and suggest innovative ideas for campaign optimization and audience engagement.
Manage email marketing campaigns, database updates, and marketing automation workflows.
Support the creation of marketing strategies tailored to client goals and brand objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms.
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (added advantage).
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
