Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Lead and manage a digital marketing team, ensuring productivity and alignment with business goals. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports to ensure ROI and lead generation. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to execute effective marketing strategies. Manage ad budgets effectively for maximum results. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear communication and timely delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing company. Proven knowledge of Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Team handling experience with leadership and people management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics tools. Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and execute improvements. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
