Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate is well-versed in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Paid Ad Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), with a passion for data-driven decision-making and performance marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, and Google Ads Work closely with the content and design teams to create engaging content for social media platforms and websites Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize content for SEO Support in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and growing online presence Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices Contribute to brand visibility and lead generation efforts

Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads) Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite Solid understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking Excellent communication Experience with IT services, SaaS, or B2B industry is a plus
