Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the brand and products/services. Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising. Monitor performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and messaging. Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead generation and customer acquisition. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, website analytics, and performance marketing. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
